Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Artistic Apparel. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you need to exchange a product, please review our policy below carefully.

Exchange Policy

  • To request an exchange, you must email us at artisticapparel26@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 4 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer an exchange (Terms & Conditions apply).
  • A parcel opening video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your claim.

Important Conditions

  • Exchanges will only be processed after approval from our team.
  • Customers must ship the product only after receiving confirmation from us.
  • The product must be returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • All tags intact
  • Items will not be accepted if:
    • Tags are removed
    • Product is used, washed, or damaged

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized products
  • Sarees with fall and edging done
  • Products purchased during sales or with discount codes
  • Designer collection items

No Refund Policy

  • We do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  • Only exchanges are allowed.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Quality Check (QC)

  • Once we receive the returned product, it will go through a Quality Check (QC) process.
  • After approval, your exchange will be processed.

  • Product images are for representation purposes only.
  • Slight variations in color, fabric, or design may occur due to lighting and photography.
  • Accessories shown in images (tassels, jewellery, purses, etc.) are not included unless specified in the product description.

Legal

  • All disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction only.
